Luxembourgish travel tech startup Travelsify has raised €2 million in seed funding from angel investors and the Luxembourg Ministry of the Economy.
The startup, founded last year, develops a “hotel DNA” content platform that personalises each hotel based on its data to help guests make better decisions in choosing accommodation. The new funds will be invested in spreading its reach around Europe; it’s currently used by 300,000 hotels, including Accor Hotels.
“This substantial first funding round not only validates Travelsify’s competitive edge in the travel technology industry but also backs up our global growth strategy,” commented CEO Bruno Chauvat, who cofounded the startup alongside Alexandra Fernandez Ramos and Dr Alexander Weber. It was previously supported by startup accelerator nyuko.
